The Lawyer has organised three evening seminars on the management and marketing of chambers.
The sessions at the Inner Temple are designed to help chambers improve both their management structures and profitability.
They follow up issues raised in a seminar held by The Lawyer in June, which was chaired by Bar Council chair David Penry-Davey QC and attended by more than 130 barristers, clerks and practice managers.
The first session, on Tuesday 8 October, features Laura Cox QC, head of Cloisters chambers, David Douglas, chief executive of Littleton Chambers and David Temporal, managing partner of the management consultant Hodgart Temporal.
They will discuss issues relating to the management of chambers, including the planning and implementation of business strategies.
The second and third seminars are on Monday 21 October and Tuesday 5 November.
