Lawrence Graham has become the latest in a string of law firms to adopt an abbreviated form of its name.
The firm announced yesterday (8 May) that it was changing its name from Lawrence Graham to LG.
The move coincides with the firm’s move to its new offices at 4 More London Riverside, on the south bank of the Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.
LG’s managing partner, Penny Francis, said the name change was a reflection of the firm’s “modern business approach and our clear, plain-speaking way of working with our clients and each other”.
Other recent members of the reduced name club include Nabarro Nathanson (which became Nabarro this February), Ashurst Morris Crisp (which became Ashurst), and DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary (now DLA Piper).
