Clifford Chance advised MEPC on the letting of two buildings at Ancells Business Park, Fleet. The 45,000 sq ft Fulmar House and Technology House buildings have been let to Parametric Technology (UK). Clifford Chance's team included real estate assistant Angela Shepherd and construction assistant Bruno Spence.
