Two of Birmingham’s oldest firms, Blackhams and Bradley & Cuthbertson, have merged to create Blackhams Cuthbertson. It will have five partners and three associates. Ex-Blackhams partner Paul Smith will be managing partner. The firm is aiming for a fee income of £2m by the end of its first year.
