A barrister who worked in Sarajevo as a legal advisor for Bosnia's Human Rights Ombudsman will address a seminar on the subject. Barrister Jessica Simor of Monckton Chambers, who returned in August from a six-month spell of work in the country will join with the former Professor of Law at the University of Sarajevo, Dr Pajic, to speak on the subject of Human Rights: The Lessons of Bosnia for an open meeting of the British Bosnian Law Group at 8-10 New Fetter Lane, London, on 13 November at 6pm. Simor, who works in the fields of community law and judicial review, now hopes to help Bosnian lawyers gain experience and knowledge of human rights law.
