Niche property firm Devonshires Solicitors is shaking up its management structure.
The reorganisation follows the retirement of senior partner Julian Roberts. Managing partner Nigel Hardy will take over his role, while property partner Julie Bradley will become the firm’s new managing partner.
At 38, Bradley will be one of the youngest female managing partners in the City.
Bradley specialises in complex property-based transactions in the social housing sector.
A Devonshires spokesman says Bradley will continue fee-earning but will also “become more involved in the strategic development of the firm”.
Devonshires is one of the most highly-regarded social housing practices in London.
The management changes come into effect on 1 April.
