Dewey Ballantine yesterday (6 August) announced the appointment of Donald Murray and Frank Adams as co-managing partners of the firm’s corporate finance group.
The pair will report to Frederick Kanner, chair of the group, which features more than 150 lawyers across nine offices including New York, Los Angeles and London.
“Don and Frank have demonstrated tremendous leadership capabilities over the years. They have been excellent mentors to our associates and clearly lead by example. I’m confident that both men will excel in their new roles,” said Kanner.
Murray has been with Dewey Ballantine for 23 years. His practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, with an emphasis on public offerings, particularly in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors.
Adams focuses on corporate deals with an emphasis on acquisition finance, cross-border and other complex securities offerings.
