Kingsley Napley gets London real estate work

Kingsley Napley has advised City property developers Alfie Buller and Craig Best on the purchase of a London office block.
The firm acted for the developer's auxiliary Bee Bee Developments and its subsidiary company High Holborn House No 1, which focuses on sites in the capital.
The companies bought High Holborn from Prud-ential Assurance Company for £22m in early October.
Bee Bee and High Holborn will manage the 77,000 sq ft building, taking control of the tenants' leases and the general maintenance of the property.
Kingsley Napley property partner Diana Benjamin led the team with associates John Gooch and Tania Brecker.
Benjamin said this deal stood out because of its quick result. “Despite there being quite a lot of businesses in the complex we completed the deal in five months,” she said.
Berwin Leighton Paisner acted for Prudential.
