A new management consultancy firm has been launched by six principals of Edge International, independent UK consultant Alan Hodgart, and Canada-based Tim Leishman.
Kerma Partners began work last week (Friday 1 December) and will offer advice in the UK, US, Canada and Germany to law firms, accountants, architects, banks and other professional services firms.
The defection of six members of Edge leaves the consultancy with four US-based consultants. Edge was founded in 1983 and became Edge International in 2001.
Several of Kerma Partners’ founding members are ex-lawyers, including Bristol-based Nick Jarrett-Kerr, who was chief executive of Bevan Ashford for eight years until 2001.
The firm hopes to recruit more members in the near future.
