Irwin Mitchell has added a consultant to its Midlands employment team as it continues its growth.
Sue Massey joins Irwin Mitchell from Black Country firm Manby & Steward, where she was head of employment. She is also a governor of Wolverhampton University.
Massey’s hire brings the number of employment lawyers across Irwin Mitchell’s offices to 14, including five partners.
Fergal Dowling, Birmingham employment head, called Massey’s arrival a “strategic appointment”, adding that her presence in the team will be integral to maintaining a high level of client service.
