Halliwells solicitor retires to follow new career

Halliwell Landau's head of planning Roger Lancaster is retiring as a solicitor to join Manchester set 40 King Street as a barrister. Lancaster, a solicitor-advocate, is changing careers to make full use of his advocacy skills. He will be replaced as head of planning by Andrew Platt, who currently heads up the planning department at DLA (The Lawyer, 12 August 2002).
