Lovells has boosted its New York office with the addition of Christopher Donoho to its international business restructuring and insolvency practice.
Formerly a partner within Stroock & Stroock & Lavan’s New York financial restructuring department, Donoho joins Lovells tomorrow.
To date, his work has seen him represent bondholders and creditors’ committees in and out of US Chapter 11 proceedings. In the Chapter 11 context, he has represented clients such as LTV Steel and Burlington industries when they were buying assets.
At Lovells, Donoho will join a restructuring team that includes of counsel Matthew Morris and Eric Statman.
