Carlos de Cardenas and Victor Domenech join Rodés this week as senior associates and will be reunited with former SJ Berwin Spain partner Julio Veloso, who now heads Rodés’ Madrid office.
Veloso said: “It’s not going to be easy for anyone to match our team now and we hope this will translate into more business coming our way.”
Based in Barcelona, Rodés has been busy boosting its numbers in Madrid this year. Last month the firm lured real estate partner Fernando Marin away from Mayer Brown‘s Spanish ally Ramón & Cajal.
