French employment boutique Flichy & Associés has moved to a new office and changed its name to Flichy Avocats, reflecting the growth it has experienced this year.

The firm has promoted Oliver Kress and Juliana Kovac to partner, bringing on an additional seven new associates over the course of the year. At the end of the year Flichy Avocats will move to a new 1,600m² office, taking over a space formerly occupied by French independent firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

Hubert Flichy, name partner at the firm, said: “The year 2007 has been a turning point for our firm, with the nomination of two new partners, the expansion of our teams and the development of new fields of practice in employment law.”

He added: “We have reached a new stage in our development process, which explains why we judge that the time has come for us to consolidate our image”.

Flichy now numbers 10 partners and 37 lawyers.
