Andrew Visintin, the Hammonds equity partner and London head of finance whom the firm suspended last September, has resurfaced at the London office of German firm Haarmann Hemmelrath.

Visintin resigned from Hammonds last year after the firm’s decision to suspend him on grounds of ill health after he had been away on sick leave for several months.

It is thought that Visintin, who had been a big biller in Hammonds’ finance law department, has taken a handful of his clients to Haarmann, including two corporates.

Visintin became a Hammonds partner in 2000 after his firm, Birmingham-based Edge Ellison, merged with Hammonds.
