Finers Stephens Innocent has hired Amanda McNeil as head of its property litigation department.
McNeil was previously head of property litigation at US firm Faegre & Benson.
Earlier this month Finers lost its litigation and dispute resolution partner Mark Brown to Bristows.
Finers’ property clients include the Barclay Brothers, who own The Daily Telegraph, X-Leisure, Ultimate Leisure, Pizza Hut, Monsoon, Top Ten Holdings and Tragus, which owns the Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada chains.
