UK partners take all bar one of global practice leader jobs

Clifford Chance has announced its new line up of global practice leaders, with only one out of the six positions taken by an overseas partner.
David Dunnigan has replaced New York-based Bob King as the head of capital markets while the property group’s former leader Wolfgang Usinger retired to make way for Cliff McAuley.
Only Jim Benedict, who retains his place as the head of litigation and dispute resolution, hails from across the water since he is based at the firm’s New York office.
Mark Campbell has taken over heading up the firm’s worldwide finance practice from Stuart Popham who recently became senior partner.
David Childs has kept his role as head of corporate while Douglas French has been re-elected as the leader in tax, pensions and employment.
