Stephenson Harwood corporate partner Andrew Sutch has been re-elected for a second term as the firm’s senior partner.
The corporate and investment fund lawyer, who took up the post in 2002, will occupy the role for a further three years.
Sutch said: “We’ve done very well overseas compared with other law firms of our size. We have successful international offices which have done very well for us.
“Stephensons will continue to do a lot of international work from the London office as well.”
Stephensons has offices in Europe and Asia and will continue to expand its client base overseas, explained Sutch.
The announcement comes after the firm made up seven associates to the partnership, its highest number in the past three years.
The firm has also recruited eight lateral hires in the last year, bringing the total number of partners at the firm to 83.
