Ukrainian firm Asters has hired two partners from Kiev rivals Sergiy Koziakov & Partners, as the legal market in Ukraine heats up.
Asters hired litigation partner Irina Nazarova and corporate partner Andriy Vishnevsky, boosting the partnership to nine in total.
Nazarova’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation, ;while ;Vishnevsky’s focuses on M&A and property deals.
The departure of Asters co-founder Igor Shevchenko at the end of last year prompted a management shake-up and the promotion of three senior associates to partner. Asters now has a management committee led by managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy and senior partner Armen Khachaturyan.
