Norley left the firm last week and is understood to be in talks with Greenberg Traurig Maher and his former firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.

Asimacopoulos has been a partner at the firm for two years, having been made up in the October 2007 round. He joined the firm from Cadwalader in 2005 after having previously worked for Australian firm Gilbert & Tobin in Sydney. Kar made partner in 2005.
