Cisco move sees UK lawyer forgo his position

Cisco Systems’ only UK-based corporate lawyer has left following the US technology giant’s decision to relocate a number of business functions to its West Coast headquarters. Alfred Farha, (left) who was senior counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for four years, has opted to remain in the UK. His former co-head of the EMEA team Hans Albers remains in Amsterdam, where he works with a team of 12 lawyers.
