But Tulkinghorn can tell you a story that will touch your hardened hearts. Reading law firm Boyes Turner are well on the way to moving into new headquarters which apparently will boast a spectacular atrium. But this picture shows that perhaps budget is getting a little tight. Boyes Turner's chief executive Andrew Chalkley, together with the firm's facilities manager, office principles and partnership secretary, are hard at work putting the fittings in. Tulkinghorn thinks that
partners at Boyes Turner should be ashamed of themselves for not billing enough to pay for builders.
