Kennedys has signed a lease on new London premises. The firm will occupy the fifth to ninth floors at 1 Fenchurch Avenue, EC3, accounting for approximately half of the building’s 122,000sq ft of space. The development is expected to be completed in 2007. Malcolm Headley of Faegre & Benson advised Kennedys and Linklaters real estate partner Christopher Coombe advised insurance broker Willis on the pre-let of the building, part of its new 51 Lime Street headquarters development.
