Surrey-based Mundays Solicitors has established an international best-friends network with a number of firms, including Scotland's Burness, Germany's Rossbach & Fischer, Ireland's Eugene F Collins Solicitors, Italy's Studio Legale Jacobacci & Associati and US firm Schiff Hardin & Wait, among others.
The firms have agreed a non-exclusive arrangement in which they recommend each other's services to new and existing clients – principally to provide local law advice in relation to corporate and commercial work.
Senior partner Peter Munday said: “In these times of ever-increasing globalisation, it is imperative for Mundays to have good personal contacts with first class law firms throughout the world, with whom we can work on behalf of our clients or recommend with confidence. The protection of our clients' interests is paramount to our interests and the best-friends network is an ideal way to foster cooperation throughout the world on their behalf.”
Mundays counts Air Products, Allied Irish Bank and Octagon Developments among its corporate clients.
