–Burges Salmon property partner Carol McFarlane has left the firm to pursue other interests. Private client partner Martin Mitchell and property partner Bob Smyth have retired from partnership, but will continue to work as a consultants. Rail and health and safety partner Clive Fletcher-Wood has retired and transferred his clients to other partners at the firm.
