A High Court judge will decide whether a woman whose baby suffers from spina bifida is entitled to damages because failure by doctors to diagnose the condition of her unborn child deprived her of the chance to have an abortion. Christine O'Sullivan and Gary McGeown of Wembley are claiming against Northwick Park and St Marks NHS Trust, of Northwick Park Hospital.
