Collyer-Bristow has gained five partners by taking the managing partner of City firm Rayner de Wolfe and four lawyers from the dissolution of Edward Lewis.
Stephen Rosen is both Rayners' managing partner and its head of litigation. He was a leading figure at the 10-partner City firm, which specialises in commercial litigation, commercial property and corporate work, and joins Collyer-Bristow as the head of its banking department today (Monday).
The lawyers from Edward Lewis will join at the end of the month.
Dominic Giacon will be property partner and Andrew Irvine commercial litigation partner. Kimberly Shaw and David Moore both join as partners in the litigation department.
Alan Finlay will replace Rosen as Rayners' managing partner and Jeremy Lederman takes over as head of litigation.
The firm has also appointed James Sherratt to its commercial litigation department from Rabeid Golstein & Oshry and former barrister Nathalie Curtin to the family law department.
