Stephenson Harwood has strengthened its corporate team with the hire of a senior associate from Lovells. Dan Holland joins Stephenson Harwood from Lovells’ corporate department, having spent the past 16 months acting as European counsel for Owens-Illinois, a major manufacturer of glass bottles and containers. Holland’s practice has acted for confectionery giant Mars and Chelsea Football Club. He is the second partner in Stephenson Harwood’s commercial, outsourcing and technology group, and will work alongside the team’s head John Buyers.
