Fulbright & Jaworski has moved to expand its strong energy offering with the hire of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom energy counsel Brian Bradshaw.
Bradshaw joins Fulbright’s Houston office, bringing an international practice focusing on development and financing of liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects and other large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
His clients mostly operate in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the Middle East and Africa.
Fulbright’s firm-wide energy head Mike Irvin said: “As our energy needs continue to increase, one thing is clear — international energy and related infrastructure investments will be strong for a long time to come.”
The hire follows that of Matthew Kidwell from Denton Wilde Sapte in the Middle East in July. Kidwell became Fulbright’s third Dubai-based partner.
The firm’s small London office was bolstered in March when it raided Texan rival Vinson & Elkins for rated project finance lawyer Christopher Clement-Davies and Denton’s former international managing partner David Moroney as of counsel.
