New York-based Katten Muchin Rosenman has recruited bankruptcy specialist Ken Noble from Mayer Brown. Noble joined Katten on 16 September after 15 years at Mayer Brown, where he was a partner.
A transactional lawyer and litigator who focuses on advising domestic and foreign banks and a range of other financial institutions on financial restructuring and bankruptcies, Noble played a key role advising the banks in the Chapter 11 proceedings of Adelphia, Spiegel Slater Steel and others. “Katten has a terrific transactional platform that will allow me to cultivate and grow my bankruptcy and restructuring practice,” said Noble. “This was simply a terrific opportunity.”
