Allen & Overy head of global projects, energy and infrastructure, Graham Vinter has scooped the role of general counsel at BG Group.
The new role will see Vinter, who will take up the position on November 5, take the helm of the group’s 100-lawyer global legal team and become a member of the group’s executive committee.
He will be reporting to the group’s chief executive Frank Chapman
BG Group corporate legal manager Keith Hubber had temporarily filled the post of global general counsel after its former global general counsel Stefan Ricketts vacated the role in June.
Meanwhile, Allen & Overy has appointed Anne Baldock as its new global head of projects, energy and infrastructure.
