– One regional marketing manager who contacted The Lawyer about our story revealing that Bupa was considering sidelining City firms in favour of regional practices. Ironically, it's usually Bupa which is doing the looking to find out what's going on.
Correction. In Case of the Week (The Lawyer, 1 March 199), we wrongly stated that the inventor of the bagless vacuum cleaner, James Dyson, had been criticised for his television adverts. In fact, the French court criticised only some of Dyson's promotional material and press ads, it approved others. Television ads were not criticised.
