Dechert has raided Clifford Chance to boost its financial services practice in London.
Clifford Chance investment funds partner Andrew Hougie has joined Dechert’s London office as the third new partner in its financial services group this year.
Hougie’s practice is focused on investment companies, closed-end funds, other collective investment funds as well as transactional and advisory work in the funds, financial institutions and asset management sectors generally.
Associate Louise Oades, who works closely with Hougie, will also be joining Dechert.
