Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft is continuing its push into the London finance market with the hire of Norton Rose partner Christian Parker.
It is the second major hire for Cadwalader in the space of a week, following the recruitment of Allen & Overy collateralised debt obligation (CDO) specialist Angus Duncan. Earlier this month, the firm promoted capital markets lawyer Charles Roberts to partner.
Parker’s practice encompasses a broad range of structured capital markets transactions including repackaging, CDOs and debt offerings.
