Mills & Reeve has treated all of its staff to a bumper £650,000 bonus pool this year after reporting a sharp 22 per cent rise in turnover to £49m.
The firm has run a bonus system linked to financial performance for four years, with all full-time employees getting a share. This year yielded the largest bonus yet, working out at £1,230 per employee.
Mills & Reeve managing partner Mark Jeffries said: “The partners have always been very keen to ensure everyone shares in the success of the firm. People really do value it.”
Both equity and salaried partners are exempt from the scheme, and employees have to have spent at least 12 months in full-time employment at the firm to qualify for the scheme.
