Scottish firm Burness has reshuffled its management team, after promoting former head of property Ian Wattie to managing partner at the start of August.
Partner Richard Rennie becomes the new head of property, with head of banking Scott Wilson elected onto the newly-created governance and strategy board.
Wilson joins Wattie and firm chairman Philip Rodney on the strategy board.
Dadvid Morgan will still head up the dispute resolution group and Alan Soppitt, a banking and finance specialist, remains the head of corporate.
The firm expects a turnover in excess of £18m, representing a 13% increase on last year.
