Cadwalader loses restructuring partner

Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has suffered its third defection since it laid off 96 lawyers in July this year.

London restructuring partner Jackson Taylor has moved to Latham & Watkins one month after New York environmental litigator Andrew Perel left Cadwalader for Steptoe & Johnson. Earlier this year (26 August), The Lawyer reported on the firm’s first defection since its summer layoffs, with Beijing managing partner Mark Roppel moving to Allen & Overy.
