Sorainen Law Offices, a 75-lawyer Baltic firm with offices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, has raided a Lithuanian rival for three practice heads.
The three join from the Vilnius office of Lideika Petrauskas Vali?nas ir Partneriai, a Lithuanian firm part of the Lawin Baltic network.
Sorainen poached partners Laimonas Skibarka and Tomas Milasauskas to head its M&A and real estate practices respectively.
The firm has also taken Tomas Kontautas, who joins the firm as a senior associate to head the insurance practice.
