Simmons & Simmons has hired Christopher Boresjo of Norton Rose. Boresjo, who specialises in asset finance, joins as a partner. He is the third lawyer to join Simmons' international banking practice in the past month, following the appointments of banking partners Jeremy Arscott and Roger Clarke to the Paris and Abu Dhabi offices respectively.
