Samuel Collins, who lost #5.5m investing in the El Bosque hotel, golf course and residential development in eastern Spain between 1986 and 1989, is to challenge a High Court decision that he can recover only a fraction of his money. Collins cites negligence and fraud on the part of his solicitor, John Stephen Brebner. In July Mr Justice Hedley backed the allegations, but awarded Collins only #23,447 plus interest.
