It seems Lloyds TSB’s legal and commercial IT head is partial to a spot of musical chairs. Only a few months after the former Fujitsu general counsel Richard Allnutt joined the group in May, he has moved on.

Although he is no longer heading the legal and commercial IT group, Allnutt remains at the bank. While the nature of Allnutt’s new role is not clear, it is said that he has moved to work on a ‘special project’ – presumably outsourcing a whole load of work.

Allnutt’s replacement, former deputy of the group Prini Pithouse, has been with the group since 2000.

Pithouse, who is a former Barlow Lyde & Gilbert lawyer, said she plans to pick up where her predecessor left off by further integrating the 24-strong combined legal and commercial teams.
