Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has lost rated corporate finance partner to Norr Stiefenhofer Lutz.
According to Juve, corporate finance partner Eckhard Martin, who spent 12 years at Freshfields, moved to the German firm Norr Steifenhofer Lutz earlier this week.
Martin said: “After ten years of being a partner at Freshfields I am ready for a new challenge…a smaller firm is naturally more dynamic and there is more scope for team playing. “
Martin will join 27 other lawyers in Norr’s corporate finance and capital markets team in Frankfurt.
