Davis Polk & Wardwell (John Bick) has advised US Industries Inc on the sale of its $40m (£27.4m) Selkirk HVAC business to Tinicum Capital Partners. Tinicum, a New York-based private equity group, was advised by Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.
