Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) advised on the £70m acquisition and AIM flotation of Chinese media outfit Sun TV Shop. The newly formed company will sell Western luxury brands in China through TV shopping channels, the internet and mobile phones. FFW advised Sun TV Shop on the acquisition of a telecoms network and a host of Chinese television rights from Sun Media Group. Sun TV Shop was admitted to AIM with a value of £72m.
