Eversheds (Jon Roper) advised Jarvis on the disposal of its stake in Tube Lines Holdings to Amey for £146.8m. Slaughter and May also advised Jarvis on the interface issues between the deal and Jarvis’s banking arrangements. Amey advised by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
