Fenwick Elliott partner Nicholas Gould has been appointed chairman of the standing committee of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) International Centre for Expertise.

The centre provides expert arbitration or expert evidence for arbitrations across a wide variety of specialist business areas as well as providing a broad range of other dispute resolution services.

It represents thousands of members, companies and associations in around 130 countries and published the Rules for Expertise of the International Chamber of Commerce, which are commonly used in the settlement of disputes.

Gould specialises in construction law and dispute resolution.
