A litany of City real estate firms had their fingers in the pie when two City properties were sold by Canada-based property company Jesta Capital Corporation. SJ Berwin real estate partner Nick Minkoff and corporate partner Laura O’Neill advised Jesta Capital on its sale of 55 Old Broad St, E1, and Central House, Camperdown St, EC2, for £96.5m to the Greater London Office Fund, established through a joint venture between Warner Estate Holdings and Barclays Capital.

Norton Rose real estate partner David Sinclair and corporate partner Adam Kriby advised Warner Estates on the purchase, alongside Clifford Chance‘s Mark Rees-Jones, who was brought in to advise on the finance issues. Allen & Overy real estate partner Imogen Moss advised Barclays Capital. The sale brought the properties full circle for SJ Berwin – the firm advised on their acquisition in 2005.
