Richards Butler's head of commercial litigation Lista Cannon has been seconded for six months to the Securities and Investment Board from 8 September. She will be a key member of the SIB's enforcement team and form part of the SIB's chief executive's group. Richards Butler chief executive Chris Schulten said the appointment reflected his firm's track record advising on regulatory issues.
