South East firm Thomas Eggar has represented cruise holiday operator All Leisure Group on its AIM flotation.

Almost 11 million ordinary shares in the company have been placed at 180p per share, capitalising the company at £110.5m and raising £19.66m before expenses.

The firm has a longstanding relationship with All Leisure Group, having been its legal adviser for the past six years.

At the same time as the flotation, the firm advised All Leisure Group on the acquisition of the Swan Hellenic brand, which offers destination-led cruises for mature passengers.

Partner Daniel Bastide led the team advising on the flotation, with input from associates Faye Bargery and Susan Ruggles.

Tax-related advice came from associate Nitzan Cohen, while employment issues were handled by partner Paul Gaff.

Grant Thornton UK acted as reporting accountant and Blue Oar Securities as nominated adviser and broker.
