Bristol-based Bevan Brittan has made the first move in its relocation to new premises.
The firm’s projects, construction and property services department have moved to the firm’s new Bristol building, which is called Kings Orchard and is situated at number 1 Queen Street, on Bristol’s riverside.
Chief executive Stuart Whitfield commented: “As a firm which advises on major regeneration schemes, we are pleased to be able to make our own direct contribution to regenerating this part of Bristol.”
Its health, clinical negligence and local government groups will spend the rest of this week at the firm’s existing premises at 35 Colston Avenue in the city centre, before moving at the weekend.
Kings Orchard was purchased by the firm at the time of its de-merger from Bevan Ashford in November 2004. It has capacity for more than 500 employees.
The Bristol relocation follows that of the firm’s London and Birmingham offices, which have both moved to larger premises in the past two years.
